Earl Williams (born July 15,1969) is a former American basketball player for Salem State University and the father of  Milwaukee Bucks point guard Michael Carter-Williams.


Williams met Mandy Carter while the two were student-athletes at Salem State University in Salem, Massachusetts. They broke up when thier oldest son and only child together Michael was an infant baby. Earl married a woman named Rosa Rodgriuez. Williams has one child with Mandy and one child with Rosa. Williams's first and oldest son and oldest child Michael the most famous and popular of all the children, played two years of college basketball at Syracuse and led the team to the final four in his sophomore year. He got drafted 11th overall by the Philadephia 76ers. His second and youngest son and youngest child Adrian was born in February 20,2000. He also plays basketball.
